MTAG MOROCCO Travel Terms and Conditions
Background
MTAG Morocco is a division of APR GROUP, INC., a Nevada Corporation that, for the past 13+ years, has been an award-winning international travel specialist. MTAG is now expanding to Morocco with seven bespoke high quality / luxury private tour offerings. All tours with few exceptions are private, customized and tailored to travelers' interests and pace.
Reservation Process
Cary and Manny Kopstein speak with each potential traveler in order to understand specific interests, budgets and travel goals. The experiences we propose to travelers are from our own personal weeks traveling throughout Morocco. Once we're in sync with our clients we book a trip that works for them. Our goal is for travelers to have the most memorable Morocco journey consistent with our reputation. Contact us at our office (415) 686-9672, on Manny’s cell (415) 816-2529, or on Cary's (415) 816-2826.

Tour Payments
To secure each tour deposits are required upon booking and are refundable if MTAG for any unforeseen reason cannot fulfill the tour. An invoice will outline all payment terms, conditions and cancellation policies. Final payments are due 90 days before departure and payments can be made by wire, Zelle, Venmo or credit card.

Tipping Policy
Basic group tips are included in the tour cost. MTAG encourages individual gratuities for guides, drivers, porters, and service personnel based upon clients being satisfied with the provided services. A tipping guide is provided in pre-trip Traveler Information documents. Tipping is at each traveler’s discretion.

Traveler Information Documents
Approximately 90-120 days before departure, MTAG provides travel documents, including recommendations for reading and viewing, weather information, suggested packing list, suggested gifts and donations, travel tips, insurance recommendations and other important information.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including, as desired, more expensive CFAR ("Cancel for Any Reason") coverage from providers such as Travelex, Travel Insure, or AIG/Travel Guard. Note that APR GROUP, INC. and MTAG Morocco are not affiliated with any insurance providers.

Not Included
MTAG Morocco tours do not include airport departure taxes, entry visas (currently not required for Morocco), insurance, alcohol, individual gratuities or personal purchases.

Security
Traveler safety is our top priority. Safety precautions are strictly followed. MTAG will act as is reasonably necessary to protect our travelers, within MTAG's abilities to so act.
Lodging
Our tours feature high-quality family villas, riyads, and hotels chosen for their location and comfort. In some cases alternate lodging may be provided depending ordinarily on availability and day to day price considerations.

Solo Travelers
MTAG welcomes solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups of friends. Single supplements apply for travelers desiring private rooms. MTAG's trips are not intended for large random groups of unaffiliated travelers.

Special Requests
Dietary requests are accommodated wherever possible, based on best efforts, to be confirmed prior to departure.

Meals
Daily breakfast is included with lodging, often buffet-style. Lunches are primarily not included, as most often travelers choose to take a break from touring to enjoy meals independently. Dinners are generally included on the majority of travel days. We can assist with reservations upon request.

Special Meals
MTAG will accommodate dietary preferences and dietary restrictions wherever possible. Given the private nature of our tours, MTAG has flexibility to arrange special meals when notified in advance. Travelers with severe allergies are encouraged to take appropriate precautions because perfect MTAG compliance cannot be guaranteed.

Baggage
Each traveler is recommended to bring at most one larger bag, one carry-on bag and one personal item. To avoid additional airline fees, we recommend checking airline baggage policies in advance.

Special Holidays
MTAG respects local customs, holidays and days of rest as may be applicable to each itinerary.

Transportation
MTAG travelers enjoy high-quality non-smoking sedans, luxury Mercedes vans, or luxury motor coaches. Regular stops are always made for restroom access. Additionally, flights or high-speed trains are frequent options for travelers wanting to avoid long road hours, usually at a small additional cost.

Passports
U.S. passport holders should ensure a passport expiration date at least six months beyond their departure date from Morocco, and passports should contain a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

Visas
Currently, U.S. citizens do not require a visa to visit Morocco.

Health Requirements
MTAG tours involve walking, light to moderate hiking, and occasional stair climbing. Travelers should be in good health and consult with a physician as needed to confirm trip suitability.

By participating in MTAG Morocco tours, travelers voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. Traveler compliance with all applicable health protocols is expected in order to protect guides, drivers and fellow travelers.
